The breakfast was the best complimentary one I’ve had at a hotel, and everything was super clean. The employees were great too. We enjoyed the stay enough that I signed up for the IHG points app. We’ll be choosing IHG hotels from now on. 😊

The room was a good size and comfortable, with a nice shower. The bed felt a little hard, but it was fine for one night. The price was good, the TV worked, and breakfast was better than most. I’d stay again. We tried calling to book and got no answer, then found the receptionist sitting outside when we arrived, so we booked online through a third party. That’s probably the way to go anyway.

The owner even replies to reviews, which tells you something. The front desk clerk was both professional and kind, and didn’t come across like she was just going through the motions. The cleaning staff were friendly too. You don’t find that kind of service everywhere these days. Definitely a must stay if you’re in the area.

I had to take my mother to the hospital after booking a room, but Jacky at the front desk and the manager, Aurion, wouldn’t make any accommodation. They basically told me to show up or lose my money. If you might need to cancel for any reason, don’t book here. I can’t recommend this place. Save your money.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but we still got up tired because there was no way to block the noise. We heard a TV until 3 am and someone spitting while brushing their teeth through the paper thin walls. The air conditioner and fan were so loud and made crazy noises that kept waking us up. Bring a sound machine.
