The staff made this family vacation feel relaxed. Rich was fantastic, the other three people at the front desk were top notch, the food service attendant was sweet every morning, and housekeeping was impeccable. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to be there. The hotel itself is new, clean, fresh, and gorgeous. Our room had clean linens and all the extras we needed. Breakfast was a full hot spread with homemade empanadas and healthy waffles. We also liked the saltwater pool, and all four of us used the fully stocked gym. We were even allowed to charge our EV overnight for free. The lobby felt warm and inviting. We’ll be back 100000%.

The front desk staff were amazing. I came here with my dog for a 3 week stay while having surgery in West Palm, and this was one of the cheaper options we found. I haven’t been out of the room much since the surgery, but the front desk checked in with my mom to see how I was doing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Rich was amazing and took a lot of the worry out of a stressful visit. We’d come from Texas to be near the hospital while my mom is getting care, and his kindness and support meant a great deal to us. Thanks for all your help, Rich. Wishing you all the best! Linda Pierre-Paul Mitchell

I spent 2 weeks here alone on a business trip and always felt safe, even coming back late. Rich is amazing, and the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met. My room was immaculate, huge, and had a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of shampoo, soap, and body wash, and the walk in shower was a plus. The hotel and grounds are well kept and clean. I’d definitely stay again.
