The rooms were spacious, and the location made it easy to reach the highway while still being far enough from the main road to stay fairly quiet. The heater made some noise when it first started, then quieted down. The beds could be softer, though that's personal preference. There was a red stain on the counter, possibly from a drink, but I didn't mind it much. I use a wheelchair and chose not to request an accessible room because I was there for a power wheelchair soccer tournament and can manage without one. I was across from several accessible rooms, and it was refreshing to see automatic door-opening buttons, something I haven't seen at other hotels. I can't speak to the rooms' interiors, but I imagine they're more accessible than most. It was a good stay, and I'd return.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location made it easy to get around, and the elevator was clean and well cared for. I usually choose Hilton, but after seeing a bed bug review for the one down the road, I decided to try the Springhill Marriott Hotel. The bathroom nightlight was so bright after I turned off the other lights that it kept me awake a bit. Breakfast was basic and limited, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, which got frustrating. Still, it was a solid stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The associate who checked me in Friday night was kind and helpful. There was a problem with my reservation, but he'd already fixed it, so check-in went smoothly. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. We'd stay here again if we're in the area. Thank you!

The room was nice and the front desk service was great, but breakfast was absolutely awful. The parking area was small, and the pool had so much chlorine that my skin became irritated. The tiles at the waterline and the pool deck were very dirty. At check-in Monday, they asked if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. Someone emptied the trash on Wednesday, but that was all. They didn't clean the room or make the bed. I checked out Thursday morning and won't be back.

The beds were so soft and comfortable, and the couch was surprisingly comfortable too. It also looked like it could be another bed. The room was even better than the photos, and Alexys made the stay incredible. I had trouble connecting a game system to the Wi-Fi, but Alexys and the telehelper she connected me with were a big help. The shower was smaller than I expected, but I have no complaint about it. This was the best hotel stay of my life, no exaggeration. I highly recommend it and hope to come back. Thanks so much! ❤️
