Staybridge Suites Fort Wayne by IHG

Housekeeping does a great job, and the whole property is kept neat and well maintained. The front desk staff have always been kind and helpful too. As a general manager at another IHG hotel, I’m impressed enough that I wish I could bring some of the team to my own property. We started staying here when we wanted a break from home, and now we haven't gone anywhere else in FtW. Billie is a big part of why we enjoy coming back. She remembers our names, and she's sweet and playful with my three-year-old. My daughter loves getting to ring the bell and chat with her at the desk. When my husband checked in for me while I was working, Billie said she'd see me in the morning after her shift. I always look forward to seeing her friendly face.

I haven't stayed there yet, but trying to arrange a gift for a friend before my visit has been frustrating. I spoke with Tyler at the front desk several times and got hung up on while I was asking questions. I also had a brief interaction with Tamera. Altogether, I felt unwelcome and like no one was listening, and I don't feel confident about the upcoming stay. How guests are treated before arrival matters. These conversations have me concerned about the front desk's communication and professionalism, and I hope management looks into it.

Clean, well-kept rooms and public areas, friendly staff, and a great breakfast are why my wife and I keep coming back for stay-cations. We haven't run into any problems during our visits. Billie always recognizes us by name and is so personable. She's fun and silly with our daughter, too. That makes us happy to see her whenever we come in. -Anthony & Catori Stewart-Hanes

The gym and basketball court were a fun surprise, and breakfast was clean and really good. I was especially glad they had fresh fruit besides just oranges and bananas.
