We came because of the price, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room should at least have been sanitary. The bathroom handle was broken and the door wouldn’t close at all. Room keys worked hit or miss, and the place didn’t feel safe. At least our room didn’t have roaches or bedbugs like the others, so there’s that. I wouldn’t use the microwave, and standing at it to use it, either. Never coming back.

At night, roaches start showing up, so don’t leave food on the counter or table. There’s no housekeeping at all, and trash piles up around the property while guests leave bags by the stairwell and elevator hoping someone will take them. I’ve never seen anything like it. The front desk closes at 7 p.m., so if you miss them, you’re waiting until morning unless it’s an emergency like being locked out. The pillows were very thin, with no extras. And if you want fresh towels, you have to hand over your used ones first, which felt weird. I made the mistake of staying here. Pay a few dollars more for somewhere nicer and cleaner.

We booked online because we needed somewhere to stay while our new house was being built. After checking in past 10 p.m., we had to book again because they’d canceled our reservation when we didn’t arrive at 3. The first room was full of roaches, and the next one had them too. Thank God we had our own extermination spray, so we sprayed inside and outside the room. We stayed three weeks and couldn’t wait to leave. The rooms were nasty and the price was way too high. I would never recommend this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The room was in rough shape, and it cost way too much for what it was. The toilet and sink weren’t clean, the stove handles were broken off, and our comforter was stained and covered in burns. We didn’t get enough towels, and there’s a roach infestation. The rooms on both sides of ours had busted windows covered with wood. At night, people got pretty loud and crazy, which was probably the only positive. There’s no night office worker to help with problems after hours.
