Executive Inn

For $70 a night, I agree with people saying this place costs too much. There were roaches, blood on the sheets, and no shampoo or conditioner. The fridge smelled bad, furniture had things carved into it, and the phone didn't work. There's no breakfast or pool, either. After three days, I had to take my towels to the staff to get replacements.

My friend barely got any rest because he said people were running around loudly at night. Earlier, he waited nearly 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to bring him a fork, but no one came to help. I was trying to help him out while he's been living on the streets, and had brought food, but we needed a fork. The furniture had carvings all over it, and the WiFi said the internet wasn't available when I tried to connect. The hotel itself wasn't that bad, but I hate paying 70 DOLLARS for that.

For me, this hotel works. My room is clean and comfortable, and the maintenance guy is someone you can go to if there's an issue. The owners are strict about the rules, but they're good people overall. They could ease up a bit on those of us renting for a couple of months at a time. A flat-screen TV would be a nice improvement. It's not perfect, but what is? If you had problems here, you probably caused them.

It's a decent place for a night, or longer if you need it. The rooms are kept clean, and there's an on-site maintenance worker who can help with appliance problems. The location is pretty good, in a nice area. The owners can be a little hard to deal with, though they're not too bad if you follow the rules.
