As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I felt discouraged about staying. I didn't feel safe there or leaving my car. I went inside and cancelled my reservation. The guy at the counter seemed not to care either way and was too busy waiting for his food.

The towels and rooms were very clean, and the staff are amazing, really nice people!

We had a smoking room, and it was horrible, disgusting, filthy, and dirty. I don't smoke anymore, and the service sucked. The location is great for entertainment and good food, though. If you're a smoker, you might want to think about quitting before staying at that hotel. Fudge, that.

The desk was often unattended, and the owner treated us worse as our week-long stay went on. She came to our room demanding payment and even contacted my parents, who had helped book it. We were a few dollars short once, and she wouldn't let me back in until I paid. She also withheld clean towels unless we returned the used ones. On our last night, the sink faucet broke. While I was out, she yelled at my wife to pay or leave. My wife said we were trying to get the money together, but the owner said it wasn't her problem and threatened to call the police if she didn't go. We'd lost our house because of circumstances we couldn't control. When we checked out, they kept the deposit the owner had required in cash. I wouldn't stay again for any amount of money. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional.
