The thing that made the biggest difference for me was the management. They were compassionate, understanding, and helpful whenever I ran into issues. Even while I was moving out and dealing with some problems, the manager listened, explained what they could and couldn’t do, stood by those limits, and still found a solution that worked for everyone. The apartments are safe and well kept, and maintenance responds when requests come in. The location is great, between downtown, Trinity Park, and West 7th, with rare walkable access in Fort Worth to a grocery store, park, restaurants, and businesses. I really appreciated living here.

Al deserves a special mention for always going above and beyond. Management here has been kind and helpful. We moved in earlier this year with our newborn because we wanted somewhere safe, walkable, and convenient, and Parkside has been amazing. Maybe it’s because we came from NYC, but I’ve never felt unsafe here. There is a homeless population nearby, though police are also fairly visible. There are lots of great food options within walking distance.

I feel more at home in this community than I have in any apartment. The location is prime, with dining, shopping, parks, and trails all within walking distance. Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach, and maintenance is too when something comes up. After a full year, I renewed for another 18 months. I’m impressed by the new additions, including the heated pool, pickleball courts, and red light saunas, and there’s talk of more to come.

If you’re a woman living alone, I can’t recommend this complex. I stayed longer than I should have, and I’m now married. I’m glad I had a roof over my head, but this place felt unsafe. Police came to a neighbor’s unit several times while I was home, about seven visits in total, and I had to call them once myself. Management says there’s a fob system and codes for the buildings and elevator that get changed, but somehow everyone seems to know the code anyway and anyone can get in. I had cameras in my unit, and maintenance entered more than once without my consent or any notice. I also couldn’t get hold of management through the website, by phone, or through tickets. It’s expensive, and you can find newer, better, quieter, and safer apartments for much less, with better neighbors.
