The stay itself was decent, and nobody bothered me at all. The valet driver was also happy to help me find self-parking and explain how it worked. I can't say the same for the front desk. The service wasn't the friendliest or most knowledgeable, and the guy working when I arrived was the worst. I got in after midnight following a flight and commute, exhausted, and could have used a clearer explanation of benefits, amenities, parking, and dining before check-in. There's construction in the parking garage wing, which seems to be confusing hotel staff, so do your homework before arriving. I've had worse front desk service, but this could definitely be better.

The room was comfortable and quiet enough for a good night's sleep, and it looked generally clean and well kept. A few amenities seemed less updated than I'd expected for the price, and some details felt dated. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful and professional. The location downtown is great, with upscale common areas and a historic character that makes the hotel stand out. A really solid stay.

The indoor pool came in handy with the odd weather, and the room was modern and roomy, unlike some cramped city hotel rooms. It's an iconic building, the big angled one, with awesome nighttime views of the Courthouse. It has an upscale feel that made me feel looked after. Great weekend getaway, 10/10, I'd stay again.

I came for the Annual Women In AutoCare industry conference, and it was one of the best I've attended. There are conference rooms, a terrace, ToroToro restaurant, a coffee shop, and more. I ordered breakfast room service, and it was absolutely delicious and fast. Is this a 5-star hotel? It should be.

We chose the Worthington Renaissance for our Fort Worth wedding hotel block, and it made for some of our best weekend memories. Just hanging out and catching up with loved ones in the lobby was lovely. It's become a place I'll recommend whenever someone needs a downtown Fort Worth hotel. Jole and her team were thorough and professional with all my detailed questions, and she was helpful whenever I needed an update about guest bookings. They also guided me through booking shuttle transport for wedding guests, and we were happy with that company too. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the lobby bar and coffee shop are great. The location is central to the Fort Worth area and well worth the price. When my mom and I toured with Abraham, we knew we wanted the hotel for our guests. The lobby balances class with Western style, giving it a cowboy Texas look without feeling tacky.
