Christina was great at check-in and even checked back with us a few hours later to see how things were going. The staff were all super friendly, and checking in and out was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the pool was a perfect place to spend time. We stayed just one night and would definitely come back. I’d recommend this hotel.

The only real snag was how slow check-in was. After that, everything went well. This was our first time at Home2 Suites, and we were pleasantly surprised. Since the hotel is new, things were clean, the bed was firm, and all the amenities were in place and working. Breakfast was free, tasty and had a good selection. The staff were friendly and seemed to know their jobs. The location is a little off the beaten path, but most people drive here, so it wasn’t an issue for us. In good weather, it would be a nice walk. I’d have no problem staying here again.

We were very satisfied and will be back. The rooms are nice, with a huge TV and a kitchenette stocked with dishes for four and various utensils. There’s a good fridge and freezer with an ice maker, plus a microwave, but no cooking surfaces. The bathroom and shower are nice too. One odd detail: an 8 foot rood on ceiling separates the sleeping area from the couch and desk, but the drape is only 4 feet wide. The breakfast room is roomy, and breakfast was great both days. They use real silverware, plates, glasses and mugs, which is a nice touch. There’s also a small store near the front desk. The pool and workout facility are very nice, with weights, a bench, bike, elliptical, treadmills and a rowing machine. This was my first stay at the new location, which I believe opened a few months ago. The staff were pleasant. It’s nicely placed halfway between town and Bronner's, with a big lot behind the building. The north-side entrance by the pool leads straight to the elevators, though you need a key to get in.

Harold made a real difference when the bedding’s strong fragrance bothered me, since I’m very sensitive to scents. A few minutes after I called, he brought up a whole new set and was friendly and polite about it. I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel like I was being a burden. Thanks, Harold! We checked in on New Year’s Eve. The place was very clean, and it’s close to downtown, with all the cool shops within a 5 minute drive. His help made my few night stay bearable.
