Sherice was great, really knowledgeable and courteous, and made sure we were comfortable. The people at the in-house Bistro had the food and drinks well in hand, too. We had a very enjoyable stay at this Courtyard Marriott location.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this one felt like a necessary thank-you. I’ve traveled extensively for work over the years, in and out of hotels both in the USA and abroad, and the team here is second to none. That includes everyone from housekeeping to the technical staff and all the people in between. Ms. Sheriee at the front desk was especially professional, kind, and helpful.

We came for a tournament, with early games, and couldn’t get any rest. The first night there was loud talking and running, and nothing happened after I complained at the front desk. The next night, teenagers ran around knocking on doors several times. I complained again and was told to call the police. Seriously, at 11:30 pm I was still being told to call the police. This was the “Marriot” recommended by a Nashville Futsal Tournament, and I’m angry and very disappointed. We’re a soccer traveling family and I’ve never had an experience like this. I can’t even rate the rest of the place. If you’re traveling and need to take your trip seriously, don’t choose this place. They don’t care.

I love this hotel and its location. The app had a glitch with my reservation, but Joleen got it sorted out. She’s the best and always takes such good care of my family and me when we stay!
