Extended Stay America Select Suites - Dayton - Miamisburg

The front desk service was rude. You can't ask questions, and apparently you're not even supposed to knock on someone's door, even if you know them, because that would disturb them. The GM was very rude and called the cops on me after I reported complaints about people being let into my room without permission. I was still thrown out, and I'm waiting on a refund because I had to leave for whatever reason they could make up. I'm homeless and they were ready to put me on the curb with my therapy dog. I'd give negative stars if I could. Never stay here. I'd choose Motel 6 any day. Thank God I have friends who are letting me stay at their house for now.

The room had exactly what my wife and I needed to feel at home, and the price was great. This was our first time at an extended stay, but we'll definitely come back here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were always there to help. Thanks to all of them.

We stayed at two different places with the same name over the last couple of weeks, and I wouldn't recommend either. Both seemed to have people living there who couldn't find another place. One charged $150 for our dogs for seven nights; the other charged $300 for seven nights, when our total for us was only close to $500. The rooms were dirty, with trash under the bed and unclean mirrors. People were using the bathroom outside the doors, actually 💩. I could go on. A couple of employees were great, though. Thanks to them.

I'm writing this for my mother, Dolores Lopez, who stayed here for the last couple of weeks while she was in town taking care of me in the hospital. She felt welcome by everyone, and especially wanted to recognize Jerry at the front desk for helping her with last-minute checkout arrangements.
