Sapphire Inn

We stayed three days in fall 2025, and Sapphire Inn was an affordable, comfortable place with a clean room. Everything worked, including the A/C, lights, fridge, microwave, toilet, and shower. The smoke-free room didn’t smell like air freshener. The towels and sheets were worn but clean and tidy, so I’d ask for extra towels when checking in. We left early and could drop off the key.

We rented a room for a full week, and there was a lot of damage. The floor was giving way, the tub wouldn’t drain, the sink knob was missing, and a piece of metal sticking out from the bed frame cut my leg twice. When we told the owner, he acted as if he hadn’t known and said he needed to inspect it. After we brought it up, he refused to rent to us again. He also advertises the house on top of the hill for $900 a week even though it has no water. The rooms are gross, and the owner is a liar. Don’t stay here.

The front desk guy treated me and my children so kindly and helped us out. He’s a genuinely good person, and I hope God blesses him and his family. Our room was really clean, the beds were pretty comfortable, and I loved the color they picked for the building.

Quiet and clean, though very basic. There’s no coffee maker or hair dryer, and the Wi-Fi comes and goes. If you just need a shower and a place to sleep, it does the job. For anything more, I’d stay elsewhere.
