We were stranded three hours from home when our vehicle broke down, so we had to stay here. We were told Knights Inn had a room, but on arrival they said it was the last one and charged us $75. The room seemed unvacuumed, black water came from the bathroom faucet, and the heater didn’t work. They offered us the empty room next door, so apparently it wasn’t the last room, but that heater didn’t work either. My husband asked for a discount; they said they’d bring two blankets and take $10 off. We couldn’t leave, so we had to accept it, but we were charged full price for a cold room. The bedding was clean. Breakfast was basic: three cold cereals, mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, white bread, butter, jelly, coffee, milk, and orange juice.
