This was a terrible stay, and the booking company, Super.com, was awful too. There was no hot water, so I wasn't going to stay there with my children, but they still wanted to charge a hidden $100 refundable fee. The hotel said getting a refund would be no big deal, but Super.com said they needed an email from the hotel to issue it, and the hotel wouldn't even send one. I ended up canceling my card because of the booking company. The other hotel they sent us to had roaches and someone had broken into it. Just awful. Lesson learned, I'll never go back to this place or the one they sent us. It doesn't deserve even one star. What a joke.

We booked two nights through a third party for my husband's work conference and arrived around midnight. At check-in I learned there was a $100 security deposit, which was unexpected but not a problem by itself. When I asked about it, Debbie was rude and unprofessional. The room was scorching, almost like it was being heated to kill bed bugs. There were cigarette holes in the blankets, stained pillows with hairs on them, marks on the walls and in the shower, and filthy carpet. We didn't feel okay leaving our luggage there, so we took it back to the car and called the third party, avoiding Debbie after the check-in. As soon as we walked out, a mysterious charge from a different merchant appeared, though it was definitely the hotel. Debbie couldn't explain it, then canceled our reservation and told the third party we'd left. The next morning, another worker said the money would not take and would go back into my account. Debbie is practicing FRAUD. We received the initial refund but had to sleep in our car. I still haven't received the second refund and will update when it comes through. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

At first the room looked clean, but the covers were dirty and there was mold on the walls and bathroom ceiling. The sheets had stains, including blood. My throat was bothering me, and I think the mold may have been the reason. I slept badly.

I spent a week and a half here, and it was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. My bed wasn't made or changed once, there was no housekeeping to speak of, and the rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. I asked for a single room but was forced to move to a double and pay more. It was only quiet because there were very few other guests. There was no breakfast or coffee, and the vending machines, washing machine, and ice machine didn't work. The TV was tiny, had no local channels, and there was no maintenance. The back door stayed broken open. A USB port for phone chargers fried my phone, and staff dealt with it by giving me a used wireless charger. I thought my phone should have been replaced. The room was cheap and very overpriced at $70 a night. It should have been $35 at best. I'll never visit that Econo Lodge again.
