Our room was basic but had everything we needed. The shower was nicely updated, with safety bars and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in years of traveling. We stayed during the 2026 ice storm. The staff helped us check in early so we could get comfortable, and were gracious while dealing with a lot of challenging customers. When our power came back and we were able to leave early, they were kind enough to offer a refund for the second night. You learn a lot about people in a crisis, and this property and its staff treated us with real hospitality.

I booked on the road and was a little unsure when I saw the outside of the Inn, but Best Western surprised me again. Everything from beginning to end was A+. The staff were welcoming, professional, and nice, and it was easy to get there. The parking lot was huge and felt safe. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel was very quiet. Our room was a good size, well organized, and nicely remodeled. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the towels were lovely, and the bathroom mirror fascinated me. The shower was another A+, and they provided good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The continental breakfast area was big, with more than enough choices to start the day. I loved the yogurt dispenser. I’ll stay there again next time.

After a long drive and a wedding, I needed somewhere simple to rest, and this worked well. The rate was very reasonable, it was quiet enough for a peaceful night, and we parked right outside our room. Being near the interstate with plenty of restaurants and other businesses nearby was handy. The room was adequate, with comfortable beds and enough space to move around. The lighting was decent, something I appreciate more as I get older.

I’ve stayed here four times because it’s clean and makes it easy to get around Nashville. The outside looks quite old, but the rooms inside give a different impression. I finally tried the breakfast on my last visit and was pleasantly surprised. It’s very affordable and clean. My rating would be five stars if the exterior didn’t look so dated and the gym weren’t so small.

The location is convenient, close to I65, lots of stores and fast food spots, and The Factory at Franklin. Breakfast is served as a hot buffet each day. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a mini fridge. Housekeeping did a great job, and the employees were nice. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the Nashville area.
