The room had a few problems when I arrived: one bed was missing a pillow, there was no body wash, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The curtains were old and full of holes, and the TV had just 49 basic cable channels, with no modern input connections or way to get online. Wi-Fi was only okay at best. I asked housekeeping for clean sheets and towels and was told, “No, we don’t clean today. We clean tomorrow.” The desk said they’d make a note and speak to housekeeping, but after waiting more than two hours, then another two, nobody brought anything. Maybe it’s worth it in a pinch, but bring soap.

The place was clean, had a nice fresh coat of paint, and some new renovations. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the woman at the desk told me on November 28, 2025 that new mattresses were coming soon, which is a plus. For a clean place at a nice price, I can’t complain. Just an FYI, booking through a third party gets an even better deal.

The staff were really friendly, and getting on and off the highway was easy. For the price, it’s a pretty decent hotel. The breakfast is nothing to complain about.

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. The place smelled of smoke, there were bugs, and the management was horrible. I left after 11 hours in tears and physically shaking because of how Amena Moore treated me. I felt so unsafe after my interaction with the General Manager, especially knowing she knew my room, that I had to find another hotel nearby. I’m not going into every detail since I know she responds to these reviews. Read ALL the reviews about the GM and how she treats customers before booking. I believe them because I was treated the same way. Shame on you, Choice Hotels.
