The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was very cold in the morning. Highway noise usually doesn't bother me and I slept through most of it, but it was disruptive at times. Heavier curtains or better soundproofing could help. Check in was easy and welcoming for my quick business trip. I can't recall the front desk agent's name, maybe Michael or David, but he was excellent and friendly. At checkout the woman at the desk had stepped away briefly, then came over when I called and helped without any trouble. Breakfast starting at 7 was too late for me to take advantage of, since I had to leave right then. My parking area was icy in the morning, which made getting out difficult and seems like it could have been handled earlier. I'd stay again for a short trip, and a few small changes could make it a five star stay.

The staff were very hospitable, and the place had a warm, comfortable home feel. I stayed there a year ago when I needed temporary housing after a small disaster at my apartment. People mention the highway noise, but it didn't affect me much. Even having a microwave was a nice convenience. A great place to stay.

Our parking lot facing room was quiet, and the parking was free. Breakfast was included and very good. We didn't get to try the pool, but the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stopped for one night while traveling from Bar Harbor to Boston, and it's very close to Freeport. I'd stay again.

The complimentary breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and the amenities were good. It's a short drive to Freeport and not too far from Portland. My family and I spent three nights here and had a great time. The staff were friendly, and our room was quiet and clean, though the lighting was a little dark. I'd definitely recommend staying there.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the warm welcome from the front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of dishes with some rotation.
