Woody Acres Resort

The ponds and trees make for a lovely setting, and most sites have concrete pads. It’s a quiet, peaceful campground with friendly, helpful staff, and the grounds crew was considerate while mowing. The sites are narrow, but they didn’t put anyone right beside us, so it felt like we had two sites. There’s a dog park, a pool, and two hot tubs. Water pressure was a little low, but not awful. Great place to stay.

I couldn’t have asked for a better park in the Rockport/Fulton area. It’s close to town, so you’re never far from what you need, and I had a wonderful time at Woody Acres this winter. There are great people and fun activities here. Cyndy, Ruthie, and Hailey are doing a great job keeping things updated and making everyone feel at home.

My wife, kids, and I have lived here for nearly three years, and it’s become a wonderful place for our family. The park is peaceful and quiet, and my children love playing with other kids. It’s really kid-friendly and has a nice community feel. The staff work hard to keep the place safe and inviting. Cyndy, Ruthie, and Hailey are always kind and make us feel welcome.

We’ve spent the last three winters at Woody Acres and love it. The clubhouse has lots of activities, and the park offers activities and wonderful meals, plus a heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness room, and a pool hall. It’s clean, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s a wonderful spot for a vacation or a whole season. Fulton pier and the bay are only one mile away.
