I used to stay here often, but cleanliness had been going downhill. This visit felt like the place was back on track, and the staff quality has made a real difference. Brandy and the young blonde woman who checked us in, whose name I can’t recall, were especially friendly, kind, and professional. The brunette who’s always looked after the breakfast area has also taken good care of it. It was sad to see such a nice new hotel decline, but with people like these three, I’ll be back. Whoever hired them did a great job.

Joe at the front desk solved a really urgent issue for me right away. His hospitality, customer service, and cheerful attitude stood out. I’m so glad I stayed on hold, I almost didn’t want to end the call. Wonderful experience. I recommend Joe!

The staff were great and tried to help as much as they could, but management was awful. They wouldn’t even answer the phone when I had questions. I had several billing problems and was told to call Erica Gary or Alea Jefferies on weekends to sort them out, but neither was ever there on weekends. I stayed a while back, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stopped here overnight while traveling. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was hot with a decent range of options. There was a reservation problem, but the desk staff member fixed it immediately after IHG customer service couldn’t. I’d use this hotel again if I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our two-night stay and would come back. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and they had cookies in the afternoon. The laundry room had been out of service for two weeks, though, and we couldn’t wash our clothes. Staff kept saying it would be fixed, but it never was.
