The floor plan is a little odd, though the cleaners did a good job and were friendly. The front desk was always helpful, and the late-night shuttle driver was friendly and helpful too.

For the price, it was reasonable, but it wasn’t comfortable enough for us to stay here again if we came back. We were in town for a friend’s nephew’s wedding, and the check-in staff were wonderful. The room looked clean, though it had a strong air freshener smell. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were super squishy, and outlets were only on one side of the bed. The walls were so thin we could hear everything from the neighbors’ room. Their alarm vibrated for three straight minutes at 5:15 a.m. and woke us even with our white noise machine blasting. We don’t expect to have a reason to return.

The bathroom had a proper door, and there was little noise from other rooms. We also didn’t hear any planes overnight. But cleaning seemed questionable, the floor was sticky, the water pressure was low, and the bed was very soft. They also didn’t provide the extra pillow I’d requested when booking.

The place felt gross, so I canceled the second night, though they were nice enough to refund me. My first room reeked of smoke; the replacement smelled better, but I still wasn’t comfortable there. The rooms were old and dingy, and the hotel isn’t newly renovated as advertised. The front desk guy said it had been renovated in 2020, which isn’t recent. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, and this one is near the bottom of my list.
