We checked out early and had to scramble to find another place during a tournament weekend. The hotel was filthy and disorganized, and the staff seemed not to care about guests or basic professionalism. Both rooms they offered smelled terrible, with the second somehow worse than the first. We stayed in the original only because every other nearby hotel was booked for a soccer tournament. The next morning, while we were out, I got several calls threatening to remove my things over “checkout,” even though I’d booked two nights and the front desk had confirmed that at check-in. The voicemail was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I called the front desk, the same young woman answered and immediately argued with me. Even after she acknowledged my second reservation, she kept insisting I had to come down and pay again, although my card was already on file. I asked her name several times, but she refused to give it. When I asked for a manager, she said there wasn’t one at the hotel at all, which is completely unacceptable. I had to contact the reservations department just to file a report. After that, the same staff member kept calling my room, still irate and unprofessional, and wouldn’t de-escalate the situation. We ended up leaving early and scrambling for another place during a tournament weekend.

Paris has been the highlight of every night I’ve spent here for work this week. She’s sharp and professional, and brings a respectful, positive energy to the place. On the night of October 31, 2025, she dealt with a group of entitled, disrespectful after-hours patrons who clearly had preconceived notions about her. She stayed calm, graceful and fully in control instead of reacting. That’s real professionalism. Marriott should be proud to have Paris representing its brand with such strength and class.

I was grateful for the staff’s attention and help when they confirmed in December that they had received my package, which I’d sent to the hotel in October 2024. But months later, when I tried to arrange to pick it up, none of my follow-up emails got a reply. I never got a clear answer about whether the package was kept or thrown away. What began as a positive experience left me disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through. I hope they can respond more reliably in cases like this.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I liked the big shower too. Miguel at the front desk was amazing and really helpful when my mobile key wouldn’t work. Rocio was quick to help and let me into the room. Great service, and everything was spotlessly clean.
