Palisade Palms Beachfront

Palisade palms is a gorgeous place to enjoy Galveston’s east beach without too many people around. It’s just a two to three minute walk, and you can bring chairs, coolers, and other things to enjoy the beautiful beach.

The beach is quite close, and there are things to see nearby. Nice people and awesome facilities, too.

The property itself is lovely and well kept, and the pool is amazing. Our condo, though, was filthy when we arrived, with dog hair everywhere and old toothpaste still in the bathroom vanities. I rated it in the follow-up email, but since I didn’t give it five stars, I guess that review never appeared on the site. We also had trouble getting the complimentary canopies and chairs listed on the website. Nobody knew what we meant when we asked, then the management company said they’re only provided during peak season. That left us at the beach with small children and no shade, and the problem was never fixed. The front desk was a mixed bag, with some friendly, helpful staff and others who were the opposite. I wasn’t impressed with Texas Coastal Realty, and after these problems we’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.

The facility is fantastic, and the staff were great. We had a lovely week here with family and would highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.
