For the price and location, I really can't complain much. I skipped the breakfast area, so I can't comment on that. My bed was great for sleeping, and the room seemed clean, with no bugs, carpet, wall holes, or stains. The bathroom looked a little dated, but the water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. Some outlets didn't work or were awkward to reach, so keep that in mind. Given how cheap it is and where it is, the stay was actually not bad despite the other reviews.

The only real draws are the price and location, since everywhere else in town costs more. I wouldn't stay here again, especially as a woman. It feels unsafe, and the place is dirty and dated. Our ground-floor window had a large crack held together with tape, like someone from the parking lot may have punched it. The sheets and blankets were stained. The walls are so thin we could hear people next door and footsteps from above. Breakfast was barely more than a grab-and-go banana with OJ or a tiny muffin. Our noisy fridge kept us awake, though the front desk was nice and brought a replacement. For four people staying two nights, we got only two towels and two soaps. The hall smelled of cigarettes despite no-smoking signs everywhere. The lot filled up each night, so we had to park in a side lot with overgrown weeds that felt unsafe to walk through alone at night. There's also a side door anyone can enter through.

The fridge leaked a large puddle onto the floor, and within ten minutes of getting into bed I noticed a bed bug infestation. The front desk staff were mostly unhelpful and didn't seem surprised about the bugs. Don't stay here.

Bugs and cobwebs were all over the room, including by the bed and desks and across the window. The lamp bulb was out too. When I told the front desk, they wouldn't offer a refund or compensation, and didn't even apologize for the room's condition.
