For a single night, the basic room was fine. We didn't mind the limited amenities since we mostly spent the day out and only came back to sleep, and it was close to downtown and water activities. The problem is the reservation and refund. We chose pay at check-in, but my card was charged right away. I canceled within the allowed period and got an email confirming the refund had been processed. A week later, no refund had arrived, and the motel never replied when I tried to contact them.

I was fine with the place not having kitchen facilities, but the savings aren't worth this hassle. They double-booked us, then canceled after check-in time. I only found out when I texted to ask how to get into the unit. They said they were sorry and would refund us, but gave no notice, didn't answer calls, and provided really poor customer service. It can cost twice as much to find somewhere else at the last minute, if you can even find a place. We ended up driving from Logan each day. I would never book here again. They'll ruin your trip.

Booked more than three weeks ahead, then showed up to find there was no room available. They took our money and left us scrambling to find somewhere at the last minute. The manager was unpleasant, and the worker they had us call was no help either. What a joke and a hassle. Why take a booking if there's no room? Don't stay here.

The door didn't stay shut properly, there was no AC, the bed was extremely hard, and the room had very little furniture. There was no staff around, so I had to get the key from the pizza place. I wouldn't stay here again.
