National 9 Inn Garden City

I got the impression he didn't want to rent to me because I have a service dog. No big deal, though, the Sleep Inn took amazing care of me.

The room was cool when I arrived, which was a nice touch, and it was very clean. It had been partly renovated, so it felt pleasant, worked well, and was comfortable. The bed was comfy, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality was great for the price. The well-lit lot felt reassuring with my things in the car during a road trip. There's a gas station across the street with snacks and beer. Highly recommend!

I stayed three nights a week from November 2022 through February 2023 while working construction around the western United States. The place is usually full of other construction workers, and everybody keeps to themselves. Nobody messes with your truck. It's clean, inexpensive, and the morning coffee is damn good. The furniture's well worn, but still serviceable. I highly recommend staying here.

It's fairly cheap, and the service is quick and friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but they're clean, so that's alright.
