Hyatt Regency Orange County

We wanted to try a place outside the Disney resorts this time and had a quiet, comfortable stay. The hotel sits back from the street, behind a couple of other hotels, which makes it feel tucked away. Its concrete construction also keeps it much quieter than wood-framed hotels where you hear every footstep above or next door. The signature Hyatt service was the cherry on top, as always. We’ll definitely stay again.

Every time we came or went, they made us feel like royalty, as if the red carpet had been rolled out. The valet and the service were wonderful from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back. We’ve found our new hotel for Disney trips!

Our first stay here was a hit. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was really convenient, and the rooms were clean, the staff were amazing, and breakfast was so good. If you have questions while you’re staying, try the text service. It’s an easy way to get help. We loved the visit and will definitely return!

The price feels fair for what you get, and the rooms are pretty modern and nice. The hotel gym is sizeable, with plenty of equipment, and there’s a pool and playing courts on the rooftop. Only half the hotel had been renovated when I visited. On my first stay we got an unrenovated room, and the second time we were on the updated side. If you go, try to request a renovated room. I can’t remember which side of the building that is.
