Best Western Geneseo Inn

Ron at the front desk was a big help and even gave my coworker and me water bottles for the stay. I was there for one night on a work trip, and the cozy, comfortable room had what I needed.

My company and I have stayed here several times over the past few months. The customer service has always been good, but we found bedbugs in our rooms. They need to address this. Check your bed before settling in.

The room was clean, the bed was good, and everything worked as it should. We arrived on 9/12/25 at 2:45 PM, and the older man working then was grumpy and surly. I didn't get his name, but he seemed like he didn't enjoy dealing with customers and should find another line of work.

The breakfast was all cold at 8:15 AM. I stopped while driving, knowing I'd pay a bit more than if I'd booked ahead. At the desk, I was quoted a ridiculous price, even after I pointed out there were only 9 cars in the lot. He said booking through the app wouldn't be cheaper, so I sat in the parking lot and booked online for almost $50 less.
