Hampton Inn & Suites Georgetown/Austin North

After a long, hard day on IH-35, my wife and I, both senior citizens, were ready to stop. We usually choose Hilton and had stayed at this Hampton Inn on earlier trips. The online booking site was giving us trouble, so I called the property. Manny answered and was a breath of fresh air. He made the reservation quickly, wished us a safe drive, and greeted us like an old friend when we checked in. I hope Hilton management sees this. Manny really shows what “It matters where you stay” means. He and the property are both five stars.

We stayed in Room 131 from 10/18 to 10/19/2025, and it was terrible. The toilet didn’t work, so you’re advised to use the lobby bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard, unlike any I’ve had at a Hampton Inn, and we got no rest. Also, the headboard shares a wall with the kitchen, and from 6:00 AM the cabinet doors slamming woke us up. Once that stopped, breakfast was ready.

We come to the area a few times each year and always stay at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and accommodating, especially Manny and Eric. The breakfast is great, and our rooms are always clean. We love this place.

Manny and manager Erick were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful with our situation. Thank you both so much. This is the best hotel in town, and I definitely recommend staying here.
