The door lock failed both nights we stayed, so our key cards wouldn't work and the desk guy had to come let us in. Our room was dirty and the tub looked disgusting. They said we had a queen bed, but it seemed more like a twin, smaller than our bed at home. This place is a dump, one of the worst we've stayed in. We'll demand a full refund for the poor facility and all the hassle. Do not stay here.

My room was perfect, and this was the best stay I've ever had. The manager was polite and professional, and went out of her way to make the experience exceptional. Her support staff were just as good. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a grand experience during an extended stay.

The location in Innsbrook is great, close to plenty of restaurants and the mall. The room was old, with cobwebs in the corners, chipped paint, and a smell of old furniture. I counted six live roaches and couldn't sleep, so I checked out. The front desk charged me for two nights and refunded the rest of my stay. The health department needs to be contacted about this property.

The front desk clerk was professional, helpful, and communicative. We stayed two nights while visiting Richmond, and the convenient location worked well. The room and beds were clean and comfortable, which met our standards.

It's been pretty quiet, and the price was good, $110 for the night for one queen bed. The front desk woman didn't give clear directions to the room. The location is great, right across Broad Street from Innsbrook. If you just need somewhere to sleep before hitting the road in the morning, it's fine. Don't expect four-star.
