The location made this stay especially convenient, with Cardinals Stadium and lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Inside, our Airbnb unit was open, comfortable, and looked freshly cleaned. The towels and decor seemed brand new, and everything had that just-cleaned smell. We loved our recent visit and would book it again next time we’re back.

The noise was constant, with neighbors stomping and blasting music through the paper-thin walls and ceilings. The apartment was also full of bugs and fruit flies. It was filthy despite supposedly being professionally cleaned: dirt on the bedding, stained furniture and yellow pillows, a disgusting shower curtain, and both of the one towel per guest were stained and covered in hair. The furniture was falling apart, too. The apartment fob was missing, so we couldn’t use the amenities. They said they’d paid for a replacement, but the leasing office was “holding it hostage.” We also had to fight to get back the cleaning fee. They try to double charge for everything, including $60 to check in on the day and $75 for each hour after checkout. I could go on about the mess.

The area was convenient, and the basics you’d need in an Airbnb were there. We stayed for a weekend event with friends, and both rooms were nice and clean.

The pool was refreshing, and the landscaping was really pretty. The rooms suited what we needed, and the price for two bedrooms was great. The full kitchen was beautiful, too. A few things could be better: the floors needed sweeping and mopping, and water splashed onto the floor because the shower curtains were too high. The TV was tiny and hard to see from the couch, though we barely watched it anyway. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.
