The location was the one bright spot. The room felt old and worn, with holes and scrapes around the bathroom door handle, a door that wouldn’t lock, and chairs with holes in them. The shower’s hot water was weak and felt cold enough to make me shiver. In the kitchen, one faucet didn’t work and the other only ran cold water. There was no oven, just a very small stove and a microwave sitting on the dining table. The beds were all right, though the loose light covers and slow TV remote response added to the rundown feel. We got help accessing our room after an issue with the privacy lock. But later, the front desk charged a $200 pet fee for my service dog even though we had notified them. They also threatened to kick us out and ban us from any future Extended Stay’s. The nighttime front desk woman’s attitude left us feeling stressed, scared, and overwhelmed. I can’t believe how rude she was after helping us get into the room. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Great location, but I absolutely don’t recommend staying here with pets. Avoid it.

I love tiny house living, so renting this super cute stand studio has been perfect for me. The property is kept nice and clean, and it’s a lovely place for a visiting traveler or someone working away from home. Cody and Desiree are both friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cody’s beautiful attitude and wonderful demeanor really stood out. I’m thoroughly enjoying my stay!

Frances at the front desk made me feel at home. She was kind, helped with what I needed, and offered to keep me in the same room when I booked another 30 days. She also arranged cleaning for dates and times that suited me. The simple amenities make daily life easier here, whether you’re staying a short time or for longer.

Photos say a lot. The only real plus for me was the location, and I’d rate the place two stars at best, not three. The shower was cold while the sink water was steaming hot, so I wonder if the shower valves were installed incorrectly. We checked in late and heard the night attendant, Cody, yell from the parking lot up to Level 3 for a guest to put out a cigarette and go back inside. I felt some attitude from him when checking in, though I didn’t take it personally. Cops stay nearby because of the strip club around the corner, which made the area feel somewhat secure.
