The location is good, though rooms on the store side get a lot of traffic noise. As a Diamond member, this was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The elevator floors were dirty from heavy use, and when I asked for a late checkout, they gave me only one extra hour. I've never been told that before, so it really surprised me.

Stayed for six days and had a great time. The pool wasn't open, so maybe next time. I'd get a mountain view room to avoid being on the main street.

The atmosphere was nice. My only disappointment was having to pay for parking. I'm not sure whether that fee was mentioned when I made the reservation.

The location was the best part for us, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and good value for a short visit. Check-in felt a little unusual because there isn't a traditional entrance, but we figured it out after pulling around back to unload. Our room was reasonably clean, though not spotless, and fairly quiet unless the neighbors were loud. Breakfast was just okay, about what you'd expect. We had a comfortable stay overall.

The location was great, with lots of places to eat nearby and a Target close by. The room was clean enough compared with similar chain hotels, though the carpet needed more vacuuming. Check-in was quick and customer service was okay, but getting towels was frustrating. They limit rooms to two, which wasn't enough with kids, and we had to ask the front desk to bring more up. The towels were dingy and could use replacing. The way staff spoke felt like what I assumed was typical California attitude. Those issues made the stay unpleasant. Breakfast was the usual American spread. Free is free, but I'd rather have fewer choices and better coffee.
