This will always be my favorite holiday inn express. I can count on consistently good service and cleanliness here. Patrick has been my favorite employee so far: personable, professional, and present. He's direct, without extra embellishments to decipher, and has a customer-first mindset that's hard to find these days. Management should be proud of what they've got here. Thanks for making my stays enjoyable and giving me a reason to stop in Glendive!

Our rooms were spacious and all close together, which was convenient for our large group. The key cards were ready when we arrived, so check-in was quick and easy. There's a big shared area with tables, a great pool area, and a small fitness center. The front desk attendant was very friendly.

We needed a pet-friendly room at the last minute, and the hotel was able to find one for us. The room was very clean, and breakfast had a good range of choices that staff kept replenished through the morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place!

A good place to stay for Makoshika State Park, and a typical well-run Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean. My wife likes plain oatmeal at breakfast, without added sugar, and this hotel should offer it like nearly all the other Holiday Inn Express locations do. Starting the day with 12 g of sugar is a crazy choice.

The room and location were great, and there are Tesla chargers in the parking lot. The pool was heated, so that could work if you need a pool, but the hot tub didn't work. Staff said its heater had gone out a while ago, which was disappointing to learn after I'd booked a nonrefundable room. The pancake maker was also out of order, leaving breakfast mostly fruit, yogurt, and very watery eggs.
