The Hydrangea Inn

We picked this place to stay near Boston and had no idea what a gem it would be. Joanie was a delight and made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. My mom and I had such a wonderful stay that I'd gladly make an exception to my usual rule about not returning to the same place. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Meeting Petunia was the highlight for me. We spent several nights here in early May, and I loved chatting with Joanie in her gracious family home. She's an interesting person as well as a solicitous host. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were lavish. If we lived in the same city, I think Joanie and I could become fast friends.

Miss Joanie took such good care of our family, even accommodating us at the last minute when we needed all the rooms. She took my allergies seriously and made breakfast I could enjoy with everyone. Her home is spacious, gorgeous, and very clean. It's just a minute's walk to the beach, and two minutes to the Fishermen’s Wife Memorial and the Fisherman Memorial. Miss Joanie is a genuine soul who goes above and beyond, and we can't wait to come back. Please give Miss Petunias snuggles for us!
