Mrs. Colleen, who we called "Dr. C," was so kind and informative that she made us feel like family friends. Mrs. Tammy welcomed us warmly and put our worries about arriving late to rest. The customer service from the whole team was amazing, and the location worked perfectly for our trip. We slept right through the night, and I'd definitely come back. The furniture in our room was stained, the washcloths and towels had stains, and the peephole in the door was broken. Even so, the rooms were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

I booked through Super.com and paid in full ahead of time, but the hotel took another payment from me at check-in. Then a third charge appeared, and the woman at the front desk insisted it was a refund. Even after I showed them my Chase transaction history, they wouldn't refund any of it, so I had to file a claim with Chase. I've never had anything this ridiculous happen at a hotel before. My room keys also kept deactivating, even when they weren't near my phone or wallet. I had to go back to the front desk about six times during a two-night stay just to get into my room. The room itself was fine, but after all that trouble, I won't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend it.

At 4:15 pm our rooms still weren't ready, so we waited downstairs for half an hour. The rooms were modest but clean, and the bathrooms smelled of bleach, which was nice. A bulb in the entryway was out and a table lamp was missing. When we called down, they asked us to take out the entry bulb ourselves. How were we supposed to do that without a ladder? Someone did bring up a lamp.

The breakfast was a basic hotel spread with a hot bar, but the woman working the breakfast room was fantastic. Our rooms were clean, and the staff were attentive and quick to respond when I needed something.
