The rooms were nice and breakfast was decent, but the hot tubs were out of order and the pool levels were low. The whole property, including the halls and rooms, was extremely hot. Air freshener perfume was everywhere and so strong it gave us massive headaches and made it hard to breathe. We had to open the room windows just to manage it. If we could have switched hotels, that smell alone would have made us leave.

The front desk was friendly, and the chocolate chip cookies were amazing. Our room was just okay, and breakfast was mostly packaged food, though it was acceptable. The pool area was awful. It was dirty, with used towels everywhere, peeling paint, duct tape on the floor, mold in the larger pool, and flaking paint in the kiddie pool. Neither hot tub worked. The signs say they're trying to fix them ASAP, but reviews from months earlier suggest they've been out for months.

8/10
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was free and good. The person working the breakfast room did a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. The room and pool areas are starting to show their age. The hot tub was only warm, not hot, and its jets didn't have much pressure.

10/10
The room was clean and roomy, and the free breakfast was easy to sort out. The hot tubs, though, weren't working.

The beds were really lumpy, and the staff were just okay. We were also given the same room as another family, so we walked in while they were still there. Then the luggage cart fell apart as soon as we got it.
