Le Méridien Indianapolis

We had a wonderful anniversary stay and will definitely come back. The room was comfortable, though our view seemed to be of a second-story roof or maybe an industrial courtyard rather than the street. That was a small thing in an otherwise great visit. The Spoke and Steel hotel bar had a great atmosphere and excellent service. Staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the valet was especially helpful and funny, setting a lovely tone for the stay.

My coworkers and I felt welcome as soon as we arrived for our first visit to the city. The team gave us great recommendations, and they really did live up to the hype. They kept making sure we were comfortable and brought a lot of warmth and humor to the stay. I gave everyone different names for fun, and they laughed along with me instead of getting confused. Thank you to Daniel, Faith Lynn, Brandon, Ms. Julie, and the younger gentleman who brought us sleep kits and slippers. I’ve always liked staying at Marriott Hotels for the comfort and service, but this team was top notch and exceeded my expectations. I’d happily live there with them. They made the trip unforgettable.

Dennis, aka Scott, deserves a special thank you. He anticipated what I needed and made sure my first visit to Indy was comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality were unmatched, and Le Méridien is lucky to have him. Every hotel needs a Dennis. Give my guy a raise! The rest of the team was great too. Faith Lynn and Julie were helpful and went above and beyond, and everyone was professional, kind, and knew good places to eat and things to do. A tall young man with curly hair heated my pastries in the microwave and brought sleep kits with slippers, eye masks, chamomile tea, and ear plugs. Sorry I forgot his name. Brandon at the valet kept opening and closing doors and made sure we had directions before heading out. Service was top notch from arrival to departure.

Our executive suite was spacious and nice, but room 301 was right beside an elevator. Its bell kept dinging throughout the night and morning. Since we were only there one night, we put up with it. We also waited about five minutes for valet after pulling up, but nobody came. Parking was very close, so that wasn’t a big deal. The location worked well for us because it’s right next to St. Elmo's Steakhouse. Staff at Le Meridien were amazing, and we enjoyed a nightcap at Spoke and Steele. Brunch there was fantastic too, with very large portions and fabulous staff.
