Ashley took great care of what we needed, and the rooms were cleaner than I expected. The location worked perfectly for us and my family had a really good time. Keep Ashley on the crew and put her into management. Thanks again, we'll be back.

We came to Grand Junction for a grand tour of national parks, staying here both when we arrived and the night before we flew home. It's close to restaurants, shopping, the airport, and Colorado National Monument. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were great. Definitely recommend.

My employer has a contract with this location, but the staff seemed unaware of it, and I was passed back and forth between the front desk and a call center. No one knew the government rate, and they asked me to pay full price and hope for a lower rate later. That was extremely frustrating. The booking process also left me with two rewards accounts, one I can't access, and a day's worth of rewards lost. When they offered to fix the earlier Doubletree by Hilton mess, they sent me to someone trying to sell Hawaii stays for extra points I couldn't and wouldn't use. I haven't stayed at a Home2 before. This location was closer to where I needed to be for business than the Doubletree, but after all this, I won't try it or stay at a Hilton-owned place again.

The whole place was clean, and our room was VERY clean too. Friendly Ashley greeted us right away, helped with check-in, and gave our dog some love. What a wonderful stay, you won't regret staying here!

They called just three hours before check-in to cancel a room I'd booked several days earlier, saying I counted as a local and couldn't stay there under their new policy. I'll tell the many people who ask me about places to stay in Grand Junction to avoid this location. Hilton should take its name off it. It's a disgrace to the Hilton name.
