The room furniture was worn and discolored, and the bathroom tile was badly cracked. I could hear it breaking whenever I walked in there. The second-floor room smelled musty, and the water pressure was ridiculously weak, like a garden hose would do better. The map address also sent me way off. Parking is limited since this hotel shares a lot with another one. This place needs a renovation.

Brittany was fantastic. After the Chiefs lost and we got into a car accident on the way home from the game, she made sure we were okay and checked on us over the next few days. We really appreciated her humor and smile after such a wild day. Everyone we met was friendly to us, a couple of Chiefs fans in Cowboys country, and the hot tub was delightful. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from AT&T stadium. We had a great stay and would absolutely book here again if we’re back in the area.

The beds were a bit firm, but comfortable enough overall, and the rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in was fast and straightforward. The TV guide was awkward to use, and tracking down the main network channels was difficult.

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff need retraining in their jobs and customer service. They seem unsure how to handle even small issues with guests coming and going. I left some belongings in the room and nobody called to tell me. For service, I’d give them 2 out of 5. IJS🙃

I felt completely safe here with my two kids, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms were very clean, breakfast had lots of choices, and there was plenty of parking. This is easily the best La Quinta I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it.
