Madison Beach Hotel

The staff made the weekend for us. At the General Manager John’s welcome meeting, John and Meg greeted us warmly, told us about the hotel’s history, and shared personal stories. John’s wife was there too and was so kind. It felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Later, John and his wife recognized us at the Wharf Bar, stopped to say hello, and checked that everything was going well. Meg also surprised me with a rose on Friday night. We had great experiences with the rest of the team too. Tia was attentive behind the bar, had fun banter, and made a good drink on a busy night. Breakfast with Michael at the Wharf became something we looked forward to each morning, especially for the delicious food. Michael C, the valet, was fast and efficient, had our car ready, opened doors, and shared recommendations around town. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, even the staff whose names we didn’t get. I’ve already told friends, family, and coworkers this is the place to go.

Martha made our last-minute Valentine’s lunch at the wharf a lot of fun. She was friendly, looked after us well, and made sure our allergy concerns were covered. The smoked bacon fried chicken sandwich was a grand slam, and my wife really liked her traditional Parisian baguette. The fries were seasoned just right with both meals. I loved the specialty “love potion #9”, the best spritz variation I’ve had so far. We’ll have to save room for dessert next time. Thanks for a great meal at the Madison Beach Hotel.

The beach makes a beautiful backdrop, and the event space speaks for itself. As a wedding florist, I’ve set up at plenty of venues, and Madison Beach Hotel was an especially smooth experience. From valet and concierge to the coordinators and other staff, everyone my team dealt with was kind, helpful, and clearly wanted us to succeed. I’d love to return as a vendor for more weddings. Thanks to Trina, Lisa, Liz, Angie, Dev, Nadine, Marianne and Stephen for making the day so seamless.

Martha took wonderful care of us at dinner, and the food was excellent. Margot and I had a lovely time at the Madison Beach Hotel, and the setting made it even better. We left feeling great and promised ourselves we’d come back when the weather’s warmer.
