Angelica was the one worker we loved. She was kind and always tried to help. The other staff were rude, and often sat at the front desk talking down about guests and looking for reasons to treat people badly. Our room rarely got cleaned unless we got rude and practically begged. They wouldn't change the beds, and when they finally did, we had to wait for our things to be washed and dried before the bed could be made. There was mold in the room, which made sense given how rarely it was cleaned. The main guy at the front desk, with glasses, half long hair and half shaved, talked down to our kids whenever my husband or I weren't around. I've never dealt with such rude people. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We left feeling dirty, tired, and annoyed. The carpet felt like it had never been shampooed, so we had to wear shoes the whole stay. The room smelled, and the whole hotel seemed poorly ventilated. Kids stomped up and down the stairs all day and night. Their mother was either nowhere in sight or could be heard yelling at and smacking them. I believed they lived there, and she may have been a manager. The front desk staff were nice, understanding, and hard working, but it still wasn't a good stay.

I was told the hot tub wasn't working after I went downstairs, even though I'd first asked about whether drinks were allowed in the pool and hot tub area because I wanted water. The answer had been no food or drinks there. I also couldn't get the suite I'd booked and paid for two months in advance. On arrival, they said it had been given away and that they had tried to call me that morning, but I had no missed calls. The room they called the nicest available was completely unacceptable. I told the desk association that I'd be making this trip twice a year to visit my son, who had moved to Montana, and would need a hotel for those stays. He couldn't have cared less. I'm very, very disappointed.

We couldn't use the pool or hot tub because we were told on arrival that they weren't working. Across the hall, a dog kept howling. Then around 430 am the microwave began beeping for no reason, and unplugging it was the only way to stop it. If you actually want to sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
