The breakfast was phenomenal, and the manager was especially kind. I saw him let a homeless woman warm up inside while he heated some food for her and made her coffee. It was freezing outside, so that was really nice to see. Check-in took no time, and signing up with my email got me upgraded to a suite. The room was spotless, and I used the tub four different times. When I needed help with the jets, someone came by less than a minute after I called. A real gem in the Grants Pass area. 10/10 ⭐️

We were in town for business, and the one thing we missed was the hot tub, which is closed in December. No big deal, though. The rooms looked updated and were really clean, and it was the cleanest, quietest BW we've stayed at. Breakfast had a huge spread: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, pastries, juices, and delicious coffee. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Grants Pass. Great job, y’all 👏

I’d consider staying here again. The location made it easy to get to local attractions and places to eat, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed for an overnight stay. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. My only small complaint was that breakfast could use more variety. Still, I had a great stay at Best Western Grants Pass Inn.

I travel for work and have stayed here a few times. It’s been consistent on every visit, and it’s one of my favorite places to stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was great, and I appreciated that they offered to collect and dispose of our trays. That little courtesy isn’t something I see often in hotels. We were heading back North and arrived late, but the woman at the front desk got us settled in under five minutes and was a big help. The room worked well for our family for the night, and there was hot water. Thanks for the hospitality. I’ll keep this place in mind for our next road trip.
