Hotel Vin, Grapevine, Autograph Collection

This was our second stay, and we’ll be back. Matt, Felix, and Andrew were friendly and helpful at check-in, got our bags quickly, and made the process smooth. We’ve stayed in both a standard room and a suite, and each was spacious and VERY clean. The restaurant serves quality food with excellent service.

Aimee took great care of my husband and me from check-in all the way through checkout and made our anniversary stay feel special. The staff at the hotel, restaurant, and Speakeasy were all wonderful. We had a lovely visit and will definitely stay here again.

On our New Year's visit, Hotel VIN felt like being in a Hallmark movie. It sits just steps from Main Street's shops, restaurants, and wineries, and the attached food hall has several choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. There’s also a sit-down restaurant and bar. Our room was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Hotel VIN is a Marriott Autograph Collection property with superb service, and its location is perfect. I’m looking forward to coming back to Grapevine and staying here again.

We had an issue with our room when we checked in, but the gentleman helping me found a solution within five minutes. They upgraded us, and we were settled in just minutes later. We’ve stayed here before and had great service then as well. The property, amenities, atmosphere, and entertainment are first class. I tell my staff that what matters is how you respond when something goes wrong, and they handled it without hesitation. I’ll recommend the Hotel Vin to anyone looking for first class accommodations in Grapevine.
