Comfort Inn & Suites Market - Airport

We were happy with the stay overall. The hotel was nice, the staff super friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue, though: there were hairs all over the bathroom when we checked in, which was gross.

I spent two weeks here for business, and it was wonderful and quiet. The breakfast staff were so nice and greeted me every day as I headed out to work.

The woman in the dining room was the only good part, with a great food selection and friendly service. The rest was a horrific experience. Our room smelled like marijuana in the elevator and outside the door, and a cracked toilet seat, broken phone, and disgusting fridge made it seem like nothing had been cleaned. I asked to switch rooms and was told there were no more king beds, even though the hotel seemed empty and there were hardly any cars in the lot. Staff came up and cleaned and fixed the toilet seat and fridge, but that should've happened before guests arrived. The person who cleaned the room should be fired. Go elsewhere and don't waste your money.

We booked because the confirmation said the late-night airport shuttle ran until midnight, but it actually stopped at 5pm, so it was no use when we arrived later. The room wasn't especially clean, though acceptable for one night. The bathroom was dim because light bulbs were missing.
