Americas Best Value Inn North Capital

We Dennis Anderson & family are so grateful to everyone at Americas Best Value Inn Raleigh. Over the last three years, while trying different cancer treatments at institutes around the United States, this has been our best hotel experience by far. The two owners were warmer, more welcoming, personable, and honest than anyone we've met in that time. Our room smelled fresh, was clean, and had a very comfortable mattress. The housekeepers are easy to approach too. If you want somewhere that feels like home away from home, this is the place. Warmly, The Andersons

Within minutes of checking in on Feb 13, our employee found a burnt bed cover, holes in the wall, what looked like drug bags under the bed, a broken chair, and a half-eaten burrito in the bed. He called us to get moved out of there. The front desk employee then tried to blame our employee for the room damage. After we spoke with them, our room wasn't charged. We'll make sure no one stays at this establishment.

For $85, we got a very clean no-smoking room, and breakfast was included. The coffee and breakfast were good too. Nice place, and a great price.

I checked in around 8:45 after coming in from town, then went out to get food. When I came back, the door was broken and the lock didn't work. The bathroom was covered in black mold, and I'm eight weeks pregnant. I asked the front office if I could change rooms, but they said no. Then I was called a filthy black chick. That's not acceptable.
