I've stayed at Red Roof Inn Raleigh North – Crabtree Mall / PNC Arena for the past few weeks, and it's been a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean and well kept, and I haven't seen any bugs. I also feel safe here. Kim, Victor, and Biren at the front desk and in management are outstanding. They've been quick, professional, and pleasant whenever I've had a question or request. I've locked myself out three times, yes, three, and was starting to melt down. Victor just laughed it off, stayed calm, and helped me each time. He made a stressful moment feel like no big deal. The cleanliness and the way the staff treat guests make this my go-to hotel in Raleigh. Highly recommend.

A bird sang every morning, which was a nice touch. I had a pleasant work trip and the location was fine. Everything I needed was there: hot coffee and water in the lobby, plus a cold fridge and microwave in the room. The TV worked fine and had ESPN.

I needed a room for one night without spending $200, so I took a chance on this budget place and was glad I did. Check-in was quick and easy, and it was simple to find the room. The lobby is no-frills, but coffee is free. The parking spaces are tight, so watch your doors. The room was better than I expected for the price: both it and the bathroom were very clean, and the large bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillows weren't the best, but they weren't bad. My only complaint was a strange noise from the AC that made sleeping a little difficult. For one night, I was very happy. I would've liked a small table for eating, since they don't serve food. If you need a great room at a bargain price for a quick stay, I don't think you can beat this place.

We had a good stay, and the staff were especially friendly and understanding over the holidays. They accommodated us well with our service animal, so I’d recommend this place if you’re traveling with a pet. The appliances in the room could use more frequent updates, though.

I came back after staying here a couple of years ago, mainly because I remembered the customer service. It was still a good experience: the staff were friendly, the place was clean, and they were willing to help with what they could.
