Extended Stay Airport

I’ve stayed here several times, and the staff have always been great about accommodating my needs. The rooms are roomy enough and have a nice TV, large fridge, and double-eye flattop. There are kitchen essentials for four people, plus dish detergent and towels. Coffee is available in the lobby all day, and there’s a laundry room and snack machine. Well done!

I was fleeing an abusive situation and the front desk lady told people about me, including my room number. Twice she disclosed details without my permission. My ex showed up at my door because of what she’d said, and on another day she told some strange man I was in my room. I’d stayed under my maiden name. I was also unable to get housekeeping to show up for three days in a row, even though I’d left a $20 tip for them, so they never got it. The hotel is near the freeway, but there are better nearby places at the same rate. If you care about privacy, don’t stay here.

The middle-aged woman at the front desk talked about me with other hotel guests. I value privacy and won’t stay here again.

The room was extremely damp, with wet bedding and floors. There was a small dehumidifier in the hallway, but none in the room. I also heard people coming and going all night, and dogs barking in rooms across the hall. It felt like an old college apartment, and I didn’t feel very safe. At check-in, there was only a bell to ring at the front desk instead of someone paying attention, and at 5:45 PM there was a guy sitting in the hallway drinking beer.
