Hyatt on Main, Green Bay

I’ve stayed here more than once and have had good experiences each time. The rooms are a little old, but spacious and comfortable, and they’ve been clean. The staff have been friendly too. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

After coming in late from out of state, we were glad the staff were so accommodating. The front desk woman with long black hair, whose name started with an M, was a big help even at that hour. She took time to point us toward the best food nearby for the morning. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the price is hard to beat. We got fresh air on the balcony, the shower water heated up almost right away, and the clean room, comfortable linens, and Keurig-style coffee maker meant we could stay in until we were well rested. Definitely coming back to enjoy this rest stop!

The accommodations were sub bar, and the place feels tired and worn, like it’s seen better days. The staff we met were great, though, especially JENNY. She was an excellent server and just an all around gem of a person. She should be doing the training there for sure. Jenny was five stars, even if the accommodations weren’t.

I love that the lights are all on before you check in, so you’re not fumbling around for the switches. It’s those little touches that make the stay feel superior. Every room has that suite feel, and the rooms are fabulous. The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly. Hands down one of my favorites, and the only place I’ll stay when visiting Green Bay.
