Booked through Expedia, and the room was affordable and clean in a safe area. I was pleasantly surprised they also had a full breakfast and a swimming pool, which most Super 8s don't have.

The smell in this hotel was unbearable, and the room looked like it had never been cleaned. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen, and I honestly don't understand how people give it more than one star. We left instead of staying. They offered another room, but the smell alone was too much for me to handle. The manager denied my refund request. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Rates were very affordable, and the staff were kind and quick to handle things. The building and rooms were clean, and the rooms had plenty of space. The pool was nice. I'll stay here again on future visits to the area.

The first room was full of bed bugs. Disgusting. We should've left, but they offered us a suite upgrade and we took it. I wish we'd just gotten a refund. The place is outdated and smells. Stay somewhere else.

I forgot my wallet on our short trip from WI Dells to Green Bay for Father's Day 2025 at Bay beach. My husband had his license and cash, and since the other hotels nearby were cashless, Super 8 was our only option. We were surprised by the excellent customer service at both check-in and checkout. Both rooms were really well cleaned, with fresh linens and clean floors. Even though it was visibly busy on Saturday, it stayed quiet all night and we got a good night's rest. 10 out of 10 recommend!
